Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Rose Electrolysis at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Why do we charge? This is because when you reserve a set amount of time, we are there waiting to serve you. When you do not call in advance to cancel/reschedule, we miss the opportunity to fill your spot with a waitlist client.

If you arrive late to your appointment you will be charged for the time scheduled.
